It was very quiet Room was okay not to bad not the best the bed was not my favorite a little firm then I liked. But overall not bad and probably would stay here again. Good value. Good location. 7/10. Breakfast was a plus. Nothing fancy but also nice to have the option. Room wasn't the most updated but also not the least. Overall would use again. Pool was closed tho. Smaller rooms And the lighting was kind of dim

Pros: Night staffer, Jason, I believe was his name. Absolutely so hospitable. He was a friendly person. Very informative and didn't hesitate to answer any questions. Check-in was super quick and easy. The room was easy to find and very clean. Simple breakfast. The dining area is clean and well kept. Check out was also super quick and easy. I don't want to say cons, but the bed in that room was on the harder/slightly uncomfortable side for my personal liking. But overall, it was a great experience for a last-minute booking.

Sara and her staff went above and beyond my expectations when booking. The front desk was amazing. They provided a wonderful experience with their friendliness and professionalism and always making sure they took care of that guest needs. I've stayed in several hotels there in Bend and I would recommend this property above it any other. I haven't will keep recommending this property and I will only stay at this hotel when I return for business or personal.
